ThomasJefferson2007 asked: I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics (concentrating in American Government) as well as a minor in Theology & Religious Studies.
I find the work of groups like The Interfaith Alliance, Americans United, and Faith In Public Life to be of great service to the political and faith based community.
I would like to get involved in one of these groups or a similar group. What is the best way to get involved with one of these organizations, with regards to employment opportunities?

Austen asked: So I recently read up on existentialism, and I have grown very fond of the beliefs behind it, (Sartre’s beliefs). It’s just that many existential ideas can not be applied to real life in modern middle-class America, especially when you have family and friends and care about others and help one another.
I’m not looking for any major life paths right now, but I believe that it won’t matter. I want to do something in life that will allow for some fun and excitement. To be honest, the only fear I have right now of dying is the effect it would have on others. That is why I don’t want to do something death-defying or join the Army or anything like that. If I were absolutely lonely right now, I would have a very existential outlook on life with few exceptions.
So I’m not sure what I want to do with the rest of my life. I’m caught between going to college and becoming one of the following:
-Federal Agent of some sort
-Theologist
-Historian
These are my main passions right now. But I am also considering joining the military out of High School if I can’t get into college.
I just don’t want to join in fear of dying young and leaving my family. I don’t want them to have to deal with me dying. I know we are all going to die eventually, which is why I want to join the military. I have accepted death and that it will come sometime or another, why not do something substantial in the mean time, but don’t want to leave my family early in life.
I am very confused, and I don’t know what to do.
Again, I’m not looking to make any major decisions anytime soon, but I’d just like some ideas.
Enough, show me the money!

asked: In some moments of life, there can be that little moment when it seems like it is illuminated, and causes change in ones’ life. For me, as a jr. high kid, i was late for work and was giving some lame excuse, and my manager let me know that people don’t want excuses, they want results and the truth, and reason.
It made me more responsible for my behavior toward others.

asked: I’ve tried putting the “-console” and the “-applaunch -dev -tconsole” in the target box. But still it says that the path isn’t correct.
“C:\Program Files\Half Life 2\root\hl2.exe”-console
“C:\Program Files\Half Life 2\root\hl2.exe”-applaunch -dev -tconsole
That’s how I did it. Was there something I did wrong? Please tell me. I’ve finished the game and now I want to have some fun with it, and I mean REAL FUN.

micah bo bicah asked: I don’t know if that’s what I want to be when I grow up….I know I want to be in the peace corps at some point in my life. I’m very interested in humanitarianism. I don’t even know what to look for.
