Into The Frying Pan

July 16th, 2010 by life path

Welcome to the Clooney season. THE George Clooney (Oceans 11) joined the cast as contractor George Burnett. He has returned from Kuwait to help the ladies remodel the shop. It’s a far cry from SYRIANA, but at least it mentions one oil rich country. Omg, I can’t believe how offensive the scene about the girl from Kuwait is!! That’s so disrespectful even as a joke; nothing like that would get said on current TV!

@stlcaesar Ha, yes, that is exactly what I would call it.

I can’t believe that was Batman. That movie blew chunks only because he was Bruce Wayne!
Good Actor but stay away from the action movies

I just rented “Michael Clayton” a while ago; amazing to see how far he’s come in his acting skills. Of course, the writers of this show didn’t do him any favors.

Wow. Eighties tee vee is even worse than eighties radio. That’s saying a lot. I could write better dialogue with a sharpened banana.

Clooney could SO get it back then. He could get it nowadays, too, come to think of it.

Natalie was almost raped in Season 3, Episode 2 “Fear Strikes Back”. I think the episode where Jo is almost date raped was Season 2, Episode 3 “Double Standard”.

does anyone know the episode when Natalie is almost sexually assaulted and the one when Jo was almost a victim of date rape?, please and thanks!

The consciousness of the 80’s is so bizarre. It’s so fraudulent and unempowered. We really have come a long way, baby. Now if we can just transcend this objectifying and jaded stuff we’ll be ready for the shift.
It really is interesting though. I was raised on this. Thank God I left television behind for 15 years. Still though, I do enjoy these girls. My favorites are the horror movie episode and come back to the 5 n dime….
    Where are they?
But even in the 80s… actors are gay. :D
